Here2Order charges a commission of 5% on successful orders. This commission is automatically deducted from the order amount before settlement to restaurants. There are no setup fees, monthly subscriptions, or hidden charges.

7. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and digital wallets. Restaurants will receive settlements as per the agreed settlement cycle after deducting applicable commissions and charges.

8. Intellectual Property

The Here2Order platform, including its design, logo, and technology, is owned by us. Restaurants retain ownership of their menu content and brand materials. By using our service, restaurants grant us permission to display their menus and promotional materials on our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

Here2Order acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for food quality, delivery issues handled by restaurant's own delivery team, or disputes between restaurants and customers. Our liability is limited to the commission fees paid to us.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

12. Dispute Resolution
